Hudson Heights
Hudson Heights is a neighborhood located in the northern part of Manhattan, New York City. It is bounded by West 181st Street to the south, Fort Tryon Park to the east, the Hudson River to the west, and Fairview Avenue to the north. The neighborhood is named for its location atop a steep hill overlooking the Hudson River. Hudson Heights is known for its historic architecture, with many pre-war buildings and art deco structures. The neighborhood is also home to several parks and green spaces, including Fort Tryon Park, which is home to the Cloisters Museum and Gardens.
