Midtown East
Midtown East is a neighborhood located in the eastern part of Midtown Manhattan, one of the five boroughs of New York City, United States. It is roughly bounded by 59th Street to the north, 42nd Street to the south, the East River to the east, and Fifth Avenue to the west. Midtown East is known for its iconic landmarks, including the United Nations headquarters, the Chrysler Building, Grand Central Terminal, and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It is also a major commercial and business district, with a large number of corporate headquarters, financial institutions, and law firms.
