Nomad
NoMad, short for “North of Madison Square Park,” is a neighborhood located in the borough of Manhattan in New York City, United States. It is situated just north of Madison Square Park, bounded by 25th Street to the south, 30th Street to the north, Lexington Avenue to the east, and Sixth Avenue to the west. NoMad is known for its mix of commercial and residential spaces, with many high-rise buildings housing offices and luxury apartments. The neighborhood is also home to several historic landmarks, including the Flatiron Building, the MetLife Tower, and the New York Life Building.
